How to Use:

  1. Prepare the Pipe

    • Cut the pipe to the required length with a square edge.

    • Remove any burrs or rough edges.

    • Clean and dry the pipe and fitting surfaces thoroughly.

  2. Apply the Cement

    • Use the brush provided in the cap to evenly apply Plastochem CPVC solvent cement on the outer pipe surface and the inside of the fitting socket.

  3. Assemble Quickly

    • Join the parts while the cement is still wet.

    • Slightly twist the pipe to ensure an even spread and stronger bond.

    • Hold the joint in place for 60–90 seconds to prevent it from loosening.

  4. Allow to Set

    • Let it sit for at least 15 minutes for initial handling.

    • Full curing time depends on pipe size and temperature (details below).
